Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
Provide exceptional support for web hosting platforms, addressing customer queries via tickets, calls, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux, control panels, and other web hosting technologies.
Use ticketing and CRM tools to manage, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Educate users by explaining technical solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner.
Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and resolve complex or escalated issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, blogging, digital marketing, and content creation tools.
Maintain shift flexibility, including weekends or holidays, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Linux, web hosting, and control panel troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of operating systems, software applications, and common hardware.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Experience in customer support roles (2–3 years preferred), ideally supporting SaaS platforms or creative tools.
Good to Have
Relevant certifications in IT or web hosting technologies.
Familiarity with AI tools and industry challenges in blogging, digital marketing, and design.
Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
Knowledge of content creation tools and processes.
