AI Model Limitations and Output Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality results, the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content are limited as we use third-party software and APIs to generate content based on your inputs.

Please be aware that AI-generated content may sometimes contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended information. As a result, we strongly recommend that you review and verify all AI-generated content before using it, especially for professional, legal, or important purposes.

GravityWrite is not responsible for any mistakes, and the user remains responsible for verifying and adapting the output to their needs, as the AI might produce errors, including factual inaccuracies or content that doesn't align with your intent. We recommend that users critically evaluate and refine the generated content before using it, especially for formal or professional applications.

Subscriptions

Some features, such as a higher word count, support for additional languages, advanced AI models, AI image generation, access to your account on multiple devices, and unlimited chat, are only available with a subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed upfront on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Please note that we may increase or decrease the cost of plans or discontinue a plan without prior notice. We encourage you to regularly check the pricing plans at https://gravitywrite.com/pricing and choose the updated plan that best fits your needs.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You can manage or cancel your subscription by visiting your account management page or contacting customer support.

It is important to ensure that your billing information is accurate and updated. GravityWrite will send you an electronic invoice if automatic billing fails for any reason if automatic billing fails for any reason, and you will be required to complete the payment manually within a specified deadline.

Free Plan

GravityWrite offers a free plan allowing users to generate up to 1,000 words without payment details. However, in the future, we may require you to provide billing information to sign up for the free plan or any free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

The free plans are subject to usage restrictions, and these can be modified without prior notice. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact us at support@gravitywrite.com.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free plan, or free trial offers at any time without prior notice.

Fee Changes

GravityWrite reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your continued use of the service after a fee change means you agree to pay the new fee.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our service, which is why we offer a 7-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of purchasing the subscription and should have used less than 10,000 words or 5 images during that time. Refunds will not be given outside this 7-day window or if your usage exceeds the mentioned limits.

To request a refund, contact us at support@gravitywrite.com. We suggest cancelling your subscription first to expedite the process.

Important Notes

• Refunds are not automatically processed. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

GravityWrite makes great efforts to offer a high-quality experience to all users. To ensure fairness, we may limit or restrict access if we detect excessive usage or abuse of the service. The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is designed to prevent resource abuse and ensure uniform service quality for all users.

If your usage exceeds standard limits, we may ask you to upgrade to a plan that better suits your needs. Automated behavior, such as bots or scripts, and account sharing are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

Prohibited Uses

You agree to use GravityWrite services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.

• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way, including exposing them to inappropriate content.

• Send spam, unauthorized advertising, or other unsolicited promotional material.

• Impersonate GravityWrite, a GravityWrite employee, another user, or any person or entity.

• Engage in any activity that infringes the rights of others, including illegal, threatening, or harmful activities.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with another user's experience.

• Use bots or scraping technologies to extract data from the platform without explicit permission.

• Introduce any malicious software or harmful technological elements, such as viruses or trojans.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, servers, databases, or systems connected to the platform.

• Conduct any denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

• Take any action that could negatively impact the ratings, reputation, or security of GravityWrite.

GravityWrite also strictly prohibits content creation related to sensitive topics, including sexual, political, or religious subjects. Attempting to create such content and any breach of these prohibitions will terminate your subscription without any refund or legal recourse GravityWrite deems necessary.

Content Monitoring and Moderation

We use third-party AI services to help generate content. However, if we become aware of content that violates our terms—such as harmful, illegal, or prohibited content—we reserve the right to review and remove it.

If your content repeatedly violates our rules, we may suspend or terminate your account, and a refund will not be issued in such cases. So, please use the service responsibly and follow our guidelines.

Accounts

When creating an account with GravityWrite, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failing to maintain accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and all activities under your account.

You agree to notify GravityWrite immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized account use or security breach. GravityWrite is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details. Users are prohibited from sharing or transferring their account credentials to others.

Plagiarism and Content Responsibility

GravityWrite uses AI to help you create content quickly, but it’s essential to ensure that what you create follows all legal rules, including those related to plagiarism and copyright. 

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content is original and complies with these laws. We recommend using plagiarism checkers to verify this. 

GravityWrite is not responsible for any legal issues or consequences that come from using the content generated by the platform, especially if it violates someone else’s copyright.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the GravityWrite platform—including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of GravityWrite or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Service’s content is strictly prohibited.

By using GravityWrite, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the content and agree not to copy, reproduce, or use any proprietary materials from the platform without prior written consent from GravityWrite.

This Agreement, any transactions made through the Website, and your relationship with Website Learners shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes, claims, or differences that arise out of or relate to this Agreement, the use of the Website, or any transactions made through the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. 

You accept and submit to the jurisdiction of these courts, and any judgments issued may be enforced in other jurisdictions by the laws of those areas.

GravityWrite reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any part of the service temporarily or permanently without prior notice. 

We are not responsible if any part of the service becomes unavailable at any time or for any period. Occasionally, we may restrict access to portions of the service, including for registered users, as we see fit.

Beta Features Disclaimer

GravityWrite may introduce new features or services in a testing phase, also known as beta. These beta features are still being developed, so they might not work perfectly, and we cannot guarantee their performance or provide full support. 

By choosing to use these features, you agree that they may change, improve, or be removed without prior notice. We appreciate your feedback during this testing phase, but please understand that using beta features comes with some risks, as they may not be fully reliable yet.

Service Availability and Performance

We strive to make GravityWrite available 24/7, but there may be times when the service is temporarily down due to maintenance, updates, or technical difficulties. If this happens, we’ll work as quickly as possible to restore it. 

While we aim to minimize interruptions, we appreciate your patience and understanding during downtime. Please note we are not liable for any issues, delays, or losses that might occur because of the platform's temporary unavailability.

Amendments to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. 

By continuing to use the service after the new Terms are posted, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

Waiver and Sever-ability

Our decision not to enforce any part of these Terms at a particular time does not mean we give up our right to do so in the future. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be fully effective.
