Responsibilities

• Leading the React/JavaScript development team in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality code for new features and functionalities.

• Ensuring seamless API integration across our product offerings.

• Collaborating with other team members to ideate on new features and optimize existing ones for better performance.

• Working closely with the product management team to understand end-user requirements and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.

• Maintaining and improving the performance of existing software code, with attention to detail and a focus on building scalable solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-8 years of significant experience in React and full-stack development, with a solid understanding of JavaScript.

• Proven experience in leading a development team, guiding them through the project lifecycle.

• Strong skills in API integration and a knack for problem-solving to ensure robust and efficient operational systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks with varying priorities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
